The Lawrence County commissioners made appointments to two advisory boards Dec. 2.

Gary McConnell of Volant was reappointed as the farmer representative and Commissioner Richard DeBlasio was reappointed as the commissioner representative to the Lawrence County Conservation District Advisory Board. McConnell’s term expires Dec. 31, 2012, and DeBlasio’s Dec. 31, 2009.

Cheryl Pilch of New Castle was reappointed and Mary Ann Pappalard of Volant was appointed to the Lawrence County Children and Youth Advisory Committee. Both appointments are for three-year terms expiring Dec. 31, 2011.
